Exactly me. It’s not fun. 😔😔. People just don’t understand. After one of mine I couldn’t talk for 24hrs. And after 3 yrs, sometimes it’s hard to get what I’m thinking into speech. I have to totally regroup and try to start over. It is so embarrassing.

Have you tried CBD Oil. It helps with inflammation, pain and seizures. My son is on it for PNES. It has improved his condition so far. Hope you are doing better.
