I've been told by my parents of two separate occasions as a young child when I was sleep panicking. In one I screamed repeatedly "they're all dead". The next morning on the news was a plane crash with a single survivor. The other I ran around screaming "the babies are burning". Again on the news a building filled with children had a horrible fire. I was somewhere around three so I have no recollection of any of it, but I clearly remember having what I call "deja vu" dreams. I'd dream of a moment or a happening (often the people had no faces) and the next day, or even years later, I'd recognize it. Saved me from getting tossed down some stairs once.

NEVER feel bad for cutting an investigation short because you feel uncomfortable, Kris! This goes for everyone reading this. If you ever decide to investigate a place with recurring hauntings, always put you and your buddies first before anything else. You'll never know what might happen if you keep persuading something to happen, and you might not like the end result. Be safe out there, guys!
@RhondaKL
@RhondaKL 2 жыл бұрын
Very true! I belonged to a paranormal research group for years,and the majority of places we investigated,we had experiences,but we felt able to manage things. But there was one place I recall that was beyond anything we could handle,and though initially we tried to stay,we had to all admit none of us felt safe,and we left. Other research groups that went there also left,another had members attacked or faint.

Hey, late here but, they dont NEED to keep doing it. If it makes Kris feel a way she doesn’t want to feel at all, she shouldn’t have to keep doing it. Knowing Kris, she’ll still try but she is shorter in videos. They’re all best friends, and it’s not just because of the ghost hunting. They get along and compliment each other really well. So even if Kris did stop, they’d still be close. Just like Jake and SnC. They’re still friends and they don’t really make videos together anymore that much, and that’s okay!! :) Not meant to upset you whatsoever or cause ANYYY arguments !! I promise that! Kris, girl you worried me when you you mentioned you took that necklace. Never take objects from a haunted location, it's what you call a fetter, a physical object that a spirit ties itself to. They can tie themselves to to locations and people as well. It's possible that the spirit kinda coaxed you into taking it, but as you experienced, bad idea. If you feel the need to do any purifications, or protection stuff, do it. And last but not least, it's always okay to ask for help.

Kris seems like she has a psychic ability, called claircognizance, which is also known as "clear knowledge" the fact that she got thoughts like her grandmother had died when she was little and to do a British/Irish accent when in the hotel just makes sense that she has that ability. Actually, it seems like she has three of the Clairs "Clairvoyance" Clear sight, "Clairalience" Clear Smell and Clairaudience"Clear Hearing" because she said she saw a man, could smell rancid meat and could hear whispering and snapping in her ears.

I grew up in a haunted house. The house was built as a wedding present for the son of a fluent family. Who had always had talent at growing flowers and vegetables and trees. So he told his family he wanted to try farming. They were married in the winter of 1878, and the house was completed in late summer of 1880.The couple lived with the wives parents until the house was finished and decorated and furnished ready to live in. The first 5 years were difficult for them. They had a tough time getting pregnant and the husband was having a difficult time figuring out farming. The wife finally got pregnant. And the husband finally had a success with his crops and he had made a lot of money selling his livestock. Things were looking up. The wife had a diffacult pregnency and a hard labor and delivery the new mother and baby almost didn't survive the baby a boy came the next summer. They were told they wouldn't be able to have any other children. If she did become pregnant it could kill her and the baby. They had talked about it and they were ok. The baby was healthy and a boy. That was all the husband could requect. But Everything was good and looking up. 12 years later the farm was struggling and the crops just weren't as good as they had been and the livestock weren't as great of quality as they had been and the son had gotten cancer. A palm reader was coming to town and they decided it couldn't hurt to see if their future was doomed or things would work out in the end. The palm reader said she saw death looming and that someone would die before the fall and cause the collapse of the family because of it. They found out a few days later the medication wasn't working and the boy would be passing away soon. The family came home and after the boy was in bed. They discussed it and figured neither parent could face their son dying and no longer being around so they wanted to kill him and themselves before he died. So they could all be together in after life. The wife didn't want to know when or how he would go about it. Then one night while the family slept. The husband got morphine and killed the wife and boy. Then went in the huge barn and hung himself. That was my family homestead. From as early as I could remember things happened regularly. Nothing scary or traumatizing. Like when my Mom was cooking dinner. If She wasn't paying attention and a pan was going to boil over the temperature would be turned down the pan would be slide off the burner. Or if one of us kids were practicing the piano or guitar and we were doing good the lights would flicker. When we would fight doors would slam to stop us from leaving. If it was bed time and we weren't in bed or goofing around the ends of our beds would be shook or lifted A couple inches and slammed down. Our if one of us kids tried sneaking out or back in. Every single would come on in the house and the tv and radios would be turned on full blast to tell our parents we were being bad.

While I didn’t grow up in a haunted house, i did have a really weird experience today… might sound nuts… but i was on this ship the uss little rock (it was at a naval/ military park) and i was about to get on those ladder-stair things they have in military ships and the chain rattled, i didnt even touch it! And there were some display rooms, while i was in the marine detachment they hav these wax figures, and i saw some of the figures eyes move in my direction! Apparently, there were some brothers and they were fighting in WW2 and their submarine or ship got hit with a torpedo and they died, and there is a ship name after them, the uss sullivans (in the same naval park) and the little rock and sullivans are said to be haunted by the brothers. Some ghost hunters actually found like signals from ghosts! Btw this is at the erie naval and military meuseum.

@@itsmeurfavv I’m actually really familiar with the Sullivan brothers story. The character that Matt Damon played in Saving Private Ryan was actually based on one of the Sullivan brothers. There were seven brothers all signed up to join different branches of the military during WW1. And six of the brothers were killed in action. So because they were a farming family the military and family requested that they find the only surviving brother so that the parents didn’t lose all their kids. And they had help running the farm. That’s a sad but fascinating story for sure. And I would of wrote more things that happened in our house. Back in the mid 1980’s. Back when I was in high school I was home alone one night. And I decided to wash my hair in the kitchen sink before I left for the evenings plans. As my head was under the faucet finishing rinsing out the shampoo the wall phone rang. As I was reaching behind me to grab my towel off the counter so I could grab the phone I must of been no where near the towel because it was placed in my hand. I said thank you and wrapped my hair up and answered the phone. There were many things that happened. I think if the original owners hadn’t been good people things may have been very different and not so nice. But the great great Niece who was a few years older then me actually came by and asked about the house. The wife had evidently been a diary writer. Because the whole story of what happened over their years was all written down in the pages of her book. Along with pictures and my Mom had found old pictures in frames and never knew who they were. And our pictures and hers were of the same people.

Okay, okay hear me out: Kris said that it smelled horrible in the “Meat Locker” at the Crescent hotel right? Keep in mind that that area specifically housed corpses. Kris *also* stated that before filming this video with Sam&Colby she was cooking, and came across spoiled/rotting steak. My theory here is that she *was* in fact having a psychic moment, smelling the scent of rotting human flesh. I can’t stop thinking about this, but you know what it makes sense. The fact that nobody *else* smelt it just makes it more and more eerie, leading me to personally believe that Kris has some sort of *Psychic ability.* Edit: TYSM FOR 1K. Hi Kris! You’re probably not gonna respond to this this but a couple of days ago me and my parents went for a tour in a haunted house and i got super super sick and had like this migraine but 10x worse and we eventually left and i felt perfectly fine like nothing happened. So we had gone to like a medium and they did like these home readings and stuff and said that i have this like energy around me and that i might be a psychic or medium so now you, Sam, Colby, and celinas videos about all these haunted places are becoming my motivation to find this kind of stuff. And actually earlier today i had just finished watching one of Sam and Colby’s videos when i swear i saw someone out of the corner of my eye and i swear i heard someone whisper and when i got up to see what it was, my vision went black for a moment and i had the sudden urge to lay back down. Keep in mind i watch these videos when I’m *home alone* and we live out in the country so there’s nobody around for miles so it really freaked me out and i had to watch your five minute crafts reaction videos for *hours* after that..

I have the same feeling about it. I can tell this is the real shit. None of it could be staged. I’ve had a ghost or possibly a demon encounter when I was a kid and I’ve been inclined to learn more. I agree. Amanda is awesome! She is naturally open so she sees spirits (and other things on occasion). She is not any sort of teacher, though; maybe a decent guide. Even she does not know how her own abilities work so she is not about to try to help somebody else with theirs. All she can do is tell her story for comparison. She's so different because she has seen this stuff her entire life from before she was talking, it's more of a natural thing for her rather than being taught. She's really amazing, such an awesome sweetheart! I do think that she and Celina and Kris would get along very well. Hopefully Mackie would be there, too. :)

This may be controversial to some but everybody has a psychic ability that you have when you are younger it's called your third eye. As we grow older our third eye closes up cuz we're conditioned that way however there are people who don't close their third eye and their clair senses are stronger than somebody who maybe trying to reopen those senses however it's not impossible to reopen it and to learn how to hear, see, feel, smell and even just know about something you would have otherwise no idea about. However there is a lot of terrifying and wonderful things that come with having those abilities and those senses If you do not get to pick or choose what you see what you feel what you hear or what you know. You have to take both the good and the bad

When I was around 6 years old, my family and I lived in a small town and there was this one house, the paint was pealing of the walls inside and out, smashed windows and there was a car that never ever moved , the car was there for years, in the SAME spot, and the lights were NEVER on . I went on a l walk with my (at the time she was around 15) sister around 6:00 in the afternoon and because I live in Australia , it’s really hot, so when we walked past the weird house, there was a gust of cold wind, and there was a shadow looking thing or a figure in one of the smashed windows, I was so scared. I told my sister and she didn’t believe me, we continued walking and I just felt so sick like I was going to vomit. So we were on our way back home and I didn’t see the figure. But when I went to sleep that night I could hear scratching in the walls and I had pet Guinea pigs and they were super chill and they like never squeaked (only when having food) and that night they were just squeaking for the 30 mins and I got so scared. My family and I woke up and me and my little brother went to feed our Guinea pigs, we went over to the cage to feed them and one of them was dead, and the cages have locks on them so only humans can unlock the cages. I was terrified and scared for life. But I don’t live there anymore so I’m not that scared anymore …..

Oh my goodness investigating with you and Celina would be such a blast! The things that you explained experiencing would always happen to me on investigations. I would intentionally not take the tours or listen to the house guides so I could test myself on what I was picking up before and during investigations. Usually, I wouldn't be the driver either to the locations and on the trips I would get my notebook out and just start writing all the information that would come through before getting there. Then at the location, I would do a walkthrough alone writing everything down I would pick up on. Later I would ask one of my friends/team members if anything I wrote/experienced was mentioned during the tours and it ALWAYS surprised me how much stuff was damn near on point or close enough. It never gets old, or surprising. Like you, I'd be thinking 'is it real though? did I really pick up on that?" It's such a visceral experience. The energies of the locations always knew we were coming before we'd get there and they were like moths to a flame, wanting to share their stories & energy! Whenever you get that feeling that you want to jump out of a window, it's not necessarily always paranormaly related. It's called the call of the void. So when you're near a window or an open space, like the top of a building, but you don't want to jump, your brain makes you take a step back. But then it doesn't remember why it wanted to take a step back, and then it thinks, "oh, I must have wanted to jump."

whatever you do, i recommend to not go to the bridge since you have attachment issues. At the very least not without protection or a powerful spiritual figure. This could mean one of two things: 1. there is a demon or entity messing with you and wants you to go to that shed where the necklace was found. 2. This is a sign that something is calling you to that place or wants to show you something. In any case, seek a professional, tarot reader, or clairvoyant person and ask for their opinion on the matter if you are still thinking about this, before you make any decisions.

I loved both the crescent hotel and the goats an bridge videos. Kris you have nothing to be ashamed about. Seeing something that you aren’t expecting for the first time is really scary. I am so proud of you. X

i watched both of those videos!! it was so interesting!! i’ve never really seen your real emotions before, and that adamant side that you saw a figure in the hotel, was creepily so cool to me. and the fact that you WENT BACK IN THE ROOM?!! i could NEVER!! anyways, i loved those collabs, and i would LOVE to see more :)))

Kris, you should become a full Sam and Colby team member. I’m sure they’d enjoy your company and it would enhance your abilities and add more comic relief

I've had 2 experiences like you did with your Grandma passing. The 1st was when my Grandma died. We were living in her home while our house was being built. She was in a nursing home because she had Crultzfeld-Jakobs disease, that had rapidly progressed to the point where we couldn't care for her at home any longer. I was 14 and I was walking 'home' from the bus stop after school. I saw my dad's truck in the driveway. He was usually at work at that time. I knew instantly, without any doubt at all, that my Grandma had passed away. I came inside and my dad said he had to tell me something. I told him I already knew. He asked me what I knew, and I told him. He asked me how I knew and I told him I just knew. The 2nd was when I was 17. I was at work and I got a horrific headache. I rest in the dark during my break and felt an incredible sadness. I somehow finished my shift and then my dad picked me up after work. There was a blanket across the back seat and I instantly knew that my dog, my best friend for the last 16 years was gone. There was no reason for me to think that. She had been healthy and fine earlier that day. But, I was right. My parents found her dragging her back legs while I was at work and took her to the vet. She was in complete kidney failure and had to be put down. These events happened about 30 years ago, but, they are memories that are permanently and forever with me.

I have totally heard the talking/whispering in the ear and snapping or clicks right before or out of sleep. Sometimes it's like someone switches on a radio on a talk show mid-sentence and there are some words and then it ends just as abruptly. I've heard my own voice, I've heard friendly voices I didn't recognize. Some of that is hypnagogic phenomena that happens when the brain relaxes near sleep, but similar to a spirit box or a waking dream - if you are perceptive, your brain can communicate about the energies within and around you that way.

EVERYTIME I watch horror movies and the main character takes something from a haunted house, im like.. nah, no one in the real life would willingly do something like that right?? RIGHT?? well.. now i know with even more proof, again, never to touch or take home things from haunted places.

When you spoke about knowing your grandma passed away and then getting call that she did, I went through some what similar. 3months ago my sister was hit by a car which a week later she passed from it but the morning of her accident I refused to go to work I knew something wasn't right then half hour goes by and get a call from my mum saying she had been in an accident, same thing happened the day/night of her passing. Its wild and interesting how that can happen to some people, not the first time I've had that "feeling", its crazy.
