I did video interviews. Couldn't do my orientation till after my background check came through. I'm guest advocate also which means you're trained in the whole front end so you can work any front shift including fulfillment and guest services. It does take a couple days after you do the video interview so be patient. I got lucky cause I called to change my number and ended up getting hired.

Red shirt (or outer layer, like a sweater or hoodie) and or khaki pants or jeans. That is the dress code at my target!
