Great explanation. Great you explained the night day difference. Freeze in the night the gel and cool it by using the plug / Voyager. During day switch to the cooling pack.

In my experience with explorer & voyager, you can fit 3 mounjaro/ zepbound pens in the cooler with the biogel in there, 2 of the triangle caps face down & 1 triangle cap face up (between those 2 pens). I put a digital thermometer on top of it, so whenever I need to check the temperature, I can tap the thermometer. It's fit perfectly (without using the metal usb lid. When using the metal usb lid, it's only can fit 2 pens.

Yep. I’m actually on a trip right now and when I left I had 3 cap’s pens in the Voyager with the biogel pack.

@@withPercy I heard somewhere in this video that you said you have to bring 5 mounjaro pens and you used voyager & big nomad. So with the voyager, you used the USB LID connected to the power bank/ source. In the meantime, you kept the other 3 in the big nomad. Did you use only biogel in that big nomad? Will it keep cool at fridge temperature for the next 3 weeks? Or you put the whole big nomad in a hotel of each destination?
