Newark was pretty much a town that scraped with Brooklyn alot downtown at sensations. The train station 🚉 has lots of memories with brawls with Brooklyn and Newark dudes. The drug dealers used to pick up from ny and beef with each other. Spilling over to music alot of industry people lived in Newark or the outs of Newark and would get harmed due to being from the city. Lots of music executives lived in jersey and would always get robbed by dudes in jersey and Newark took the blame . That's just one of the starters for Newark being overlooked.
