There's more to it than the bottom line that you talking about .....theres a lot of build up to that situation....flip should have paid when he had it but sp8 knew that he was in a build up business so he was aware he won't be paid for a while ....so as a man and a business person there should have been communication on both ends .....putting together a platform is harder than yall make it sound like ....if u don't have money to pay but u got a dude willing to rock with u, take advantage but after a while there should be a discussion to negotiate everything...flip is also learning while going as well....its a lesson learned ....a lot of leaders made a lot of mistakes before they became an amazing leader .....u don't dissappear and not respond, and assume niggas should just know and do that unnecessary shit when u doing business with that person...comon son u don't do that.....
@MrJaydagreat202 жыл бұрын
@@TheDBSCompound I agree but I think sp8 point with math was about respect of his role. Sp8 on the other podcast explained how Math discredited him about how important his role is. And I’m pretty sure it’s the same with flip because he told he wasn’t going to pay sp8 with the skit money even though sp8 was filming the skit and no one is coming to see sp8 (which is true) but that’s disrespectful to say when you’re a leader of the team, everyone has value. Sp8 may feel like it’s not about the money but it’s about the respect of his work and craft. Hope all is well with you brother.

I’m film director and listening to the first 30 minutes I can say I’ve been in situations like so. Only difference is I learned to stop being passive and say what it is. Tbh as production guy / director and does everything editing and all. Guys don’t value what we bring to the table. Huh like flip we would’ve been fighting because without us none of this shit would be possible. I think ppl need to realize just pay what we want or find someone else. Cause all this devaluing we gets is mad wild. You’re good at what you do and we’re good at what we do. It is ashamed we do this to our own but we are selfish. In business especially with something like this with show and production and co host you guys ARE EQUAL! Without the production team the guy that film for hours. Edit for hours it’s is an equal situation… now I don’t condone how space handled based on you guys outlooks. But ultimately I think everyone needs to have ppl in between the friends to do good business. Cause things get delayed and messy when you’re exchanging with friends. Lastly we are pioneers and artist in our own rights so yeah he may have had an agenda ultimately to branch off I will say all around it could be handled better. SpaceGhost wanted to be respected and acknowledged as a VITAL component to both operations. He realized neither QueenzFlip nor the former battle rap bully believed he was VITAL until he had to show them by leaving. Queenzflip literally never paid the man which is extra FOUL. SpaceGhost was basically his 50% partner. Wild fake. Also I can say firsthand without SpaceGhost Queenzflip’s whole online brand has taken a big hit. Impact wise. He’s just not as impactful and his show looks and sounds worse overall. However Hoffa situation is different. Hoffa lost SpaceGhost to his co hosts. They realized he was vital and usurped him because they knew Math needed him and wasn’t taking care. He was jacked of a great executive producer in SpaceGhost.
@hawafiia2 жыл бұрын
Downplaying SpaceGhost’s Executive Producer and possibly Co Creator role to a “cameraman” or “video editor” when he was likely doing both and directing as well is weak sauce. Lastly both shows, Hoffa and Queenzflip, are noticeably lower in quality after his exit. Proving SpaceGhosts worth and value to anyone who can see and hear unequivocally. Now, both of you guys need to hire an executive producer who can direct, edit, and shoot if necessary. 💯

I don’t respect how math tried to put this on joe and his situation
@milanannella Жыл бұрын
I can understand Math bc it’s about the principal & loyalty. But you gotta keep it moving bc karma is real. It does hurt to see someone you thought was like family turn into a snake but just continue to do right by people & the blessings will continue to come no matter what.

I don't want to sugarcoat but Math you need to get the production back on par. The content is always incredible but it's always about the visuals along with the experience these days. Hardcore fans gonna stay for the content but if you want your channel to keep growing and your interviews to trend, you're gonna have to get the recording quality back up

Flip was wrong 100%. He had a partner who was paying rent and wasn't giving him anything. Then he says well he was a partner for this and not the skits. But he was filming the skits! Why the fuck would he keep paying rent and not get paid while you getting thousands from multiple deals. That's not good business and that's not good friendship so how can flip be hurt? Flip is wrong for being mad at Math because Math came to Spaceghost. If spaceghost had business to straighten out with Flip then that's between space and Flip. Why would he call Flip on the side and tell him anything when Flip is not involved in the Math/Spaceghost business. Flip is a snake

How you get paid for something, you didn't record, and not pay the person who recorded the skits you getting paid for? Joe was the only real voice, keeping it real real

Great conversation from Math Hoffa, Joe Budden, QueenzFlip and others. Energy is real so believe it. Do what's best for you. Always do your own thing if possible.

Flip sounds the worse. When you star a business you need to understand expenses. He kept mentioning they're partners but refused to pay.

Flip is a sucmbag full of excuses smfh... he took advantage of space ghost no doubt about it and showed him no type of appreciation and just barked orders while given a partnership smfh lol.. flip is a scumbag for that

You can tell flip not a hustla/boss and or isn’t too bright.. This man said “why should I pay him from my skit money”. WHAT 🤔?? Because he did a service for you and should be paid for that service.. 😅 Some people are only meant to be workers

I come back to this video for therapy every so often.. smh I've became HIGHLY disappointed in my peer group and so called friends that either have no inspiration to build and develop something. Only want to come around once the ball rolling. Those who come around, soak up game and leave. Those who are willing to do the least just to sabotage what you have going.. Those who pocket watch before a dollar is even made.. its sad that its extremely hard to find black men that's about business and willing to grind for it. Alot of cats are delusional. They don't want to sacrifice like you do, they want all the benefits from day one! It's at least good to see how east coast brothers come together and support each other and share ism and game!
