While I was bidding upstate I got a chance to holler at him on the jack by my sun Un (Mickey Mirrors). Meth shouted me out and told me to "hold my head." When Meth and Math spoke about their ecstasy escapades, I was dying laughing, because I can relate. In regard to subgenres in hip-hop I look at something like electronic music. You have house, techno, funk, dancehall, dubstep and so many more subgenres of a general style of music that has fewer layers than hip-hop music so I do believe hip-hop has to be looked at as having subgenres when it comes to acknowledging styles all the way from communicating identity and musical preference all the way up to award shows. Just my two cents, much love to Math and his squad for these deep conversations. 💪
