From Dorset myself, just about to start my engineering degree at the OU. If you like accounting and helping with money as much as you say, get qualified and use your platform on KZbin to help others maybe.

I would love to, however, UK law around helping people with money is incredibly strict to the point of insanity. I don't really see the point in your comment but okay, considering when this was recorded I literally told you I'm studying for accountancy.

@@AdamFrostI also don't understand his comment. There are plenty of videos on KZbin discussing money management if that's what they are trying to say.

If you can afford to do full time and you think you'll have the time available for 3 years then I would say full time but it its the opposite unseen part time

bro i have a question Does the study have to be at a specific time specified by them or can you study at any time you want? And can you, for example, finish 60 units in less than a year? And is there an option to finish the module in a period of time less than years if you can, for example, two or three years?

1. For the most part its entirely self study so you could do your studying at 3am or 9am. Doesn't really matter as you'll be reading out of booklets and taking notes. There will be calls that you can attend but they are far and few between. Maybe one every month or a couple a month which you can book onto. Normally with times either around 10am or 7pm. 2. Yeah so you can finish it quicker if you want to. Only thing is going to be student loans if you intend to use them. It would be worth contacting them directly as the infomation I was given is that because it's "not on campus" learning, the government only funds for 60 credits a year. So while the Open Uni allow you to do more than the 60 in a given year, it'll be down to government restriction. I would also note that a "Year" is more like a school year. So for me my first year (60 credits) was from Feb to Sep. Then I started my second year in October and this won't be done until August I believe. Then the Third year will start either in September or October.

Hey man I was wondering because I'm considering applying but I'm wondering like is this degree we are gonna get recognized world wide? Or at least in the EU? And also like how are the classes exactly? Do you open your camera and stuff? And also thank you for the video it did help me a lot!

yeah it’s recognised globally. It’s fully accredited and is meant to be at the same level as a normal university! class wise, there isn’t exactly many “classes” in the traditional sense. 98% of the time you’ll be reading threw a book and then using the website while you’re taking notes. The calls that you’ll do will normally be more connected to the essays you have to write or tests you’ll end up taking. You won’t need to put your camera on, or even speak. It’s weirdly enough kinda like a twitch chat, they would at least like you to type and chat, asking questions and just answering there’s.
