I have the .22 in FAC with thumb hole grip and I'm shooting hole in hole at 50 yards with hades in it. Absolutely crazy good gun 👌

Great video! I wish I had a place to shoot like this at home! I’ve recently purchased a brand new 97k .177 FAC, ostensibly for field target. It does have a “twang” that is smoothing out, but I’m planning on installing a Vortek spring kit, maybe a less powerful spring. Though you may have changed my mind, though 50 yards is the maximum distance I’ll likely be shooting. My Condor PCPin .22 is used for further distances

FAC is only a term used in the UK where a 'Fire Arms Cirtificate' is a requirement to own an air rifle with a power output beyond 12 foot pounds. Nice shooting by the way, very accurate for 100yds.

I just bought a HW97KT with a wooden stock and Stainless steel barrel in 22 caliber and I'm getting like 680 feet per second with H&N 14.66 grain pellets. Can you tell me your FPS with your gun since it has a Vortek kit.

I'm at 700fps with 16gr, I'm not sure they make my kit anymore. But there is a newer steel design where as mine is plastic with the PG3 HO... Not sure why they changed but mine is absolutely immaculate and many years of trouble free use...

Don't have the TX yet ,but I grab my HW97K. 22 usually before my 54 Air King .22 ,love both but the 97 is just superb in my hands... I will alway go .22 over .177 but thats just my shooting preference...

@@airgunnersedge4061 so your a big hatsan tuning guy, do u have any knowlage on the hatsan barrage/bullmaster tunning, i read that u could buy a huma ragulator and a new valve, willl what help alot or do it fire more fpe whitout the regulator, i was wondering on the barrelport and transfer port too got any ideas? is it possible to bore out bigger holes?.177 cal

Thanks for the interesting video my friend......best wishes from the UK in these strange times of 2020... More lies and deceit from Governments. I'm looking at a Diana model 52 side lever and considering purchasing... Vortek tuned. We have a 12ft lb legal limit here in the UK though if you purchase an FAC fire arms certificate you can upgrade to 20 or 30 FT lb....

Yes you can, but will not really benefit as it takes up a lot of room in the tube and it will not need all that extra regulated air reserve..
