This is such a clever idea, I bought my aluminium case and got a white board to cut to size as well, everything including magnets and also got some velcro and super glue - all cost me $70 from Bunnings warehouse. So glad I did it! There was no way I was going to spend $800 plus shipping for a craft n go!

That’s brilliant 👍 I’m so glad for you! Mine still works for me and is so functional, even after dragging it through grass and rough surfaces. I’m so happy it’s worked for you 😃🌸

What did you use to cut the white board? Regular scissors? A saw?

So I have oil based face paint it’s a bit thick and doesn’t go on the kids face as smooth as I’d like is there something I need to mix with the paint to get it more smooth
@alleyestruecrime Жыл бұрын
Its not recommended to use oil based its better to use the water activated ❤

Makeup Blend by Kryolan or Duraline by Inglot if you're really desperate, however invest in aquacolors for facepainting

Hi Face Painter from Sydney, This video is 4yrs old and the Craft-n-Go is not over $900 plus postage. Now way, too expensive. I just purchased the same case as this for sale, $100 off for $249 with postage $278 from House of Glam in Victoria Australia. Can't want to transform this case, I've been looking at it for a while and I've transformed other case so hopefully this one can last a few more years and be a bit easier too. Thanks

Hi Maria, how has this held up over time? Do you find it has enough 'bench space' to work well? thx so much, i love all your videos, they're such a big help! xMandar
@letspaintfacepainting5 жыл бұрын
Hi cherryrocket 😊 Thanks for getting in touch! I can honestly say that this kit has never let me down. I’ve been using it for a number of years and have dragged it through grass, gravel, playgrounds etc and it is still in fantastic condition, they make them to be very solid. Bench space is good, I have since this video transferred my paints onto a bead storage compartment tray where each tray measures approx 4.5 x4.5cm each which gives me plenty of compartments to to fill. I normally store the things that I don’t usually use under the main tray which holds everything horizontally. The only thing I don’t keep inside it is My brush bath which I carry inside my back pack. I can honestly say that it has been an excellent investment and if this one ever breaks, I’d make another one exactly the same 😊 hope this helps xxx
