Kohlrabi tastes like cabbage core. I eat it raw, in salads, and my boyfriend adds it in soups.

So many places with sold out seed. For my fall garden I have bush beans, sunflower, pumpkins, winter squash, watermelon. I’m going to do more beets, radishes, and lettuce. I’m not sure if this will all work out but I’m doing it anyways lol

Great idea to plant all those greens for a fall Garden. Many of them can be frozen for winter usage. Perfect timing video for me I was just trying to figure out what to plant for the fall. But it's so hard to find seeds right now everyone sold out.
