Check out pattern emporium it's an Aussie brand and all the patterns can be mashed together it has multiple neck lines and heaps of sleeve options in every pattern and they are great value it's a high quality pattern company that I think would be exactly what your looking for

The last pattern with the puffy then straight sleeve is more Victorian than childish - I'd go for that pattern.

If you use knit for a woven pattern you may want to size down at least one size.

That maroon/wine rib knit is a beautiful color for you! It’s going to be gorgeous and cute! Double knit is a stable knit that doesn’t stretch much.

Great fabrics and patterns. Looking forward to seeing your makes! When knits first appeared in the 60's, if my memory is correct, all knits were referred to as double knits.

Double knit is more like polyester. Closer to a Woven fabric and is more Stable than a regular knit fabric.

Great plans! I can't wait to see as many as you can get finished. If you do the blouse with the two prints you might try doing it the other way around the larger print for the main body and the blue coming out from under for the sleeves because it gives them more neutral and one tone sleeve. You are always delightful to watch

If you use knit you may want to drop down a. Size especially if it’s a lose fitting dress.

so you don’t want to look like a teddy bear, how about looking like a diva relaxing at home? As far as the pattern that is designed for woven fabrics but you want to make it in a knit, you may want to size down one size for using a knit. If you have a knit you aren’t crazy about, perhaps do a toile in the smaller size because you don’t want a top that is too big and loose to be stylish.

Sorry. But that’s a BIG no from me on those knits. Blue and golden brown print. Why? They just aren’t coordinates in my opinion. It would be nice in a sweater knit, solid on solid. Unless they are TRUE COORDINATES, they do not go together.

I’m sorry but I can no longer support any woman who continues to shop at Hobby Lobby, not even to support them by subscribing to their channel. If you aren’t aware, Hobby Lobby puts it’s financial might into supporting political causes which hurt women’s (and LGBTQ) rights; they’ve been at this for years. As sewists we should support companies who don’t use their financial might to hurt women, particularly women of color. I’m sorry because I am sure you are a nice person but this is the reality now (see TEXAS). I wish you the best of luck with your projects but I’m out as a subscriber.
