All four are very cool, but my favorite of the bunch is still that R2 scout. If I ever get a Fallkniven, it's gonna be that one. Thanks for showing all of these together, buddy. They make a heck of a nice collection!

That's a nice collection you have there. Like others have said, the R2 scout has caught my eye, as the size is less obtrusive and that Elmax steel is awesome. It would fit right in with the A1 & S1 that I currently have. Thanks, JJ. Enjoy.

I have the little one,. WM1 or something and the F1, G10 steel. Both knifes are great but I really enjoy the little one. Would be great with elmax steel though..

I been trying to aquire a Spyderco Respect Bowie just got me a Tai Pan , two Cold S feel OSS Sub Hilt knives , a Marauder Bowie and a Black Bear Classic on the way they tried to deliver it early to me yesterday but because I had no idea they was being it I was not at home so I'm glad they didn't leave it on the steps or doorway ,so I'll pick it up Monday at the Post Office because I paid a premium penny for that Cold Steel Edged Implement. Hey Johnny. great video(s) man. Just wanted to recommend you try out the regular F1 model. I have the F1 Pro and the regular F1 in both COS & VG10. The original model has a handle like no other in the lineup... really awesome stuff. it put them on the map as a company really. If you want to save some money go for the VG10 but the COS version of the original is the creme de la creme if you ask me. I think you'll dig it. possibly even more than the pro. Sorry to insist on this, but all the videos on Y.T. just show how to do it with sandpaper and a foam pad, IMHO that's not very realistic in the field. That is why I would like to know if there is any way to do it using a sharpening stone. Thanks in advance. Happy week !!

I don’t know enough about the knives that you mention. However based on the knives that I do own, I would say you can’t go wrong.

@@JohnnyJuke the xb models are black coated blades using tungsten carbide, and x models are satin finished blades, I think they are not as good as the pro you own! Congratulations

@@francescocastanon1601 I have the F1x and it's really nice. Can see it becoming quite cold in the winter without gloves though since the handle is not a full one but instead scales on the tang. It's super robust though and the scales can be replaced, so it sure is a knife that can take a serious beating. I also like the sheath more then the regular and pro model ones (the x comes with the same locking sheath as the R2, which I also have and love).

@@JohanNordlund thank you very much for your comments ! I do have the R2 and I also love the sheath! I think I’ll buy the x’s instead of the xb’s. But these days I have seen a lot of videos about the NL5 do you have it too? What are your thoughts?

@@francescocastanon1601 I went with the x instead of xb just because I like it shiny, the xb sure looks cool though :) I wish I had a NL5 Idun, it's high up there on my wish list. But I would probably put it even higher if they came in something else then VG10. There is of course the cowry-x model but the price on that thing... In terms of looks, I'd go for the NL5, but I had heard so much good about the Lam CoS steel and wanted a knife that can survive pretty much everything in that size. That, and it being possible to make your own scales out of pretty much anything for the F1x, was also what made me go for the F1x. I might very well go buy myself an Idun one day though. I live quite close to Fällkniven so planning on going there soon, I probably won't be able to leave the place with something new, nice and shiny in my hands, heh :)
