Luisa, thank you for sharing Miguel's video and ask him to make more. Great to see him - miss him and others from your family and friends who were part of the cast of your Vlog before they returned to the Province. Miguel is really a fine man and I wish him a secure and happy life. I'm like you Luisa when it comes to vacationing. I was never one to want to lay about beaches and resort facilities - though I certainly could have used the relaxation. But I was always driven to explore - I would call it "consuming the landscape" on foot and also learn about and experience local people and culture. Unfortunately now in retirement with all the time I could want for travel, I'm a little bit physically impaired and can't do it the way I did before. I need to find a compromise to accommodate my still youthful spirit with the limitations imposed by age.

I'm the same as you when I'm on vacation, I want to see and experience the place I'm vacationing in. Speaking of vacationing, it looks like I'll be coming to the Philippines in the next few months. I will see my wife and my/ wife's family after close to 4 years because of the pandemic. I'm hoping to rent a van while I'm there and do some travelling around the Philippines. Hey lot my beautiful friend, Baler is definitely a very beautiful place. I am one who also loves flowers, me being a former florist. Flowers are so beautiful, and fragrant. I will be starting my garden of flowers and plants soon here in Kalayaan Laguna. Miguel speaks very good English. He said in the video, that he doesn't speak English well. His English is better than some western people, who come from English speaking countries. I really love seeing the area where you were raised up in. It looks so quiet and peaceful. And I am like you lot, when I am on vacation, I spend the whole day outside exploring. That's the only way to get a true experience of the place where you are vacationing.
