I am in awe of you! Corrine and your kids, are obviously proud of you! And I’m in no doubt your Dad is too! What you did today was to push yourself out of your comfort zone and that should applauded! It all a step in the right direction and I bet Justin will be impressed with today’s achievement. Give yourself some time to recharge and try again when you’re ready! The fact that you tried and recorded it as well, in my opinion is inspirational. Thanks so much for letting us go on your walk with you! Keep on doing what you’re doing and you will get there, I’ve no doubt! Amazing! ❤️❤️

Congrats dude! Listen you achieved more than you usually would do! That’s more than you can ask for...you did ultimately fail the task but that doesn’t matter because you know how that makes you feel...the fact that you even dipped into the uncomfortableness that is the unknown is amazing! I’m proud of you dude! You’ve done ridiculous amounts of progress! ❤️ You’re dad would be proud! Love ya man!

Having my 16 year old daughter with aspergers definitely feels connecting to your daily struggle and understanding of the world around you how hard it must be but there is people who love you for who you are always but hard to find.

Thankyou soich for your kind words. I do hope he would be proud. He oassed away at 32 years old, i was 2. Its difficult to miss someone or something you have never really had. But i still do in my own way. I have very few memories of him. Just the stories i have been told by my mother and grandmother. I am sorry for your loss for what its worth. Speak soon i do hope.

Although you had Corrine following you behind at a distance as a safety net was that such a good idea as you had primed your mind that you were not going to succeed. You can do it and you did do it but your mind fooled you because Corrinne was close behind.

I dont know how much corrine being around affected the outcome to be fair?

What about trying the walk without holding a camera and without monitoring your heart rate? Both these actions are keeping the thought of your anxieties at the front of your mind. Instead, when walking try and take in the surroundings, look at the world, allow the sun to make you feel good rather than being filmed and monitored. I know your therapist said to record and monitor heart rate but do what you want without being instructed. The walk should not be a chore it should be mind therapy. During your walk you said "I cannot do this" but you had already done it. As you also said you have allowed yourself to get like this and giving in to your feelings. You have done what you are trying to achieve but you are allowing your mind to say that you cannot do it when in fact you have done it

I will speak to my therapist about it and see what he says before i change my routine.
