How do you explain the gap in the story? The son goes to see the dad, he tells his son about the affair, he goes to the park, comes home to find Mia sitting on the couch, scrolling through her phone, he says we need to talk, then it is next morning, and he is confronting her in the kitchen? What happened in between? He slept in the same bed as her after finding out she slept with his father? If you want to improve the content, you need to do better than this! This OP is annoying as is the narrator. The whole thing seems really off. Where is the rest of OP’s family?

Out of all the people in the world she had to cheat with his dad. The fact she was so selfish and only cared about herself. She didn't care that she wreck the relationship between her boyfriend and his dad. That type of betrayal cannot be fixed with therapy or time. All you can do is cut contact with both and move on. Seeing your dad will always be a reminder that he stole your future and the woman you loved. The fact the woman he loved is pregnant with his dad's kid is also an everyday reminder.

Yes, he was horrible Dad, but he actually did you a favor, he showed you how your fiancé would betrayed you. If not with your father but any other person that would give her attention. They would then blame it on you for your lack of attention. That she’s sorry and they could work it out with some counseling. Straight from the cheaters handbook. Obviously there are some men who have low self esteem and take their fiancé or wife back and that’s why it works for them. Now, your fiancé is having your brother.
