So glad I came to do some recon and binge watch before doing my green mountain diapers order! I'm closing in on rounding out my stash, so after this order and maybe one more I'll be done 🙁 but I'm glad to be able to invest in some good stuff. Btw congrats on finishing up potty training Calvin! I have a 3yr old as well, but a little girl. We lucked out with her and was 100% trained right before her 3rd birthday.

We love our GMD products! Some of my flats are on 3 years of heavy use. I also love their stay dry hemp doublers for night use. And their muslin swaddle is a game changer for night diapering a toddler.

I had my first baby last Fall, and have learned so much from your channel about cloth diapering. Thank you! During my first trimester of pregnancy I learned as much as I could and learning all the different brands, tips, etc. Green Mountain Diaper I bought 2 of their newborn cloth eez covers and was super impressed, and have some of their wipes and boosters. Finally placed an order for some of their workhorse diapers which has been on my cloth diaper wishlist for some time! Yay!

I think organic makes a difference. I never did think so but I bought organic the last time I ordered from GMD and loved them so much I want to replace everything with the organic cotton now.

The muslin flats (my favorite flats ever) only come in organic and I try to buy organic more often too, like with the prefolds and workhorses.

New to cloth diapers. Planning on using them with our first baby due this winter. Do you find that clothes still fit TTS with a cloth diaper? Just wondering if I should buy a size up in clothes to accommodate or if they fit the same as disposables. Thank you for your videos, they have helped me decide on our stash! :)

My boys were always big, so I sized up their clothes a lot anyway. You might want to think about just getting t-shirts instead of onesies. That way they'll fit longer and you won't have to worry about the bottom buttoning. Plus you'll want to see their cute diapers. 😍 Pants should still fit pretty well though.

Hi there, I’ve purchased the newborn kit from Green Mountain but I was wondering if you can add a flat in a workhorse diaper extra protection or do you think that would be too bulky? Also, is it possible to use the muslin flat diapers from green mountain in a non-green mountain waterproof diaper? Sorry for all the questions, new mommy here.

Muslin flats can be used in any brand diaper cover you want. And if you wanted to use a muslin flat with a workhorse, you'd probably want to wait until baby's a toddler, and it might still be pretty bulky.
