It's hard to say because it depends on their fitness and I don't know much about kids fitness as well but I am quite out of shape but I still managed to do it haha. I believe it is possible.

@@poojanoothi3748 I think that really depends on your fitness level and the weight of your kid lol. But I did it with a 15kg camera bag pack so it’s definitely doable
