Thank you, Eliana 💚. I should do a video on plants that aren’t so pretty, and currently being rehabbed . Unfortunately, as my collection grew so did the pest. For me, it’s about controlling the pest using a multi-layered approach instead of eradicating them.

Hello! any idea about fluid-filled blisters on the upperside of the leaves? Like if you pop it, there’s water in it. Is this a bacteria/disease? The Philodendron Gloriosum i just received from the mail have these. They arrived in moist soil. The roots are very healthy.

Hey Bernadette! I’ve experienced the same issue on a gloriousum I’ve ordered from Ecuagenera. The blisters are going to leave some cosmetic damage so you can pop the blisters or leave them be.

The blisters are result of excess water and shipping, I think it should be okay without fungicide, but I highly recommend you quarantine for a few weeks before introducing it to the rest of your collection
