They usually wear what most male bands would wear: t-sirts, jeans, leather jackets, tank tops (cool dinosaur shirts😁). But even when they wear more "sexy" outfits it never feels forced or over the top.

Pau’s stern appearance during this song, and the fact that the only line she appears to sing along with is “I hope to God you know, this smile is just for show”, makes me think she was still feeling that animosity that prompted her to write the song. 😎👍

"The Warning Cave" is their rehearsal space in the basement of their parents' home. IIRC they still live with mom & dad - which makes sense for a global touring band & is honestly kinda cool.

The great things about these live sessions from this series is that they are stripped back with no extra tracks. Just the three instruments and voices. So good

I love these live sessions in particular. Everything seems more amplified and in your face. You can distinguish more clearly bass notes, drumbeats, guitar work, and vocals. The comment about seeing them as extended family members is spot on. An older cousin of mine had all daughters. They were a fun bunch, and I liked seeing them at family gatherings. That's exactly what this feels like. Like I'm watching my cousins grow up to be an awesome power trio of rock and roll. Long live The Warning!!

It always makes me wonder with those half naked bands. Are all their fans really there for the music? What was it that attracted their fanbase in the first place? Love these live sessions. Ale's bass is very present though her mic still needs to be a little hotter. And up to the time this was released, this was the best Dany ever sounded.

I play animosity in my car everyday. Definitely this song is in the top 5 of all their music. Dany gets emotional playing this song, because the fans always sing it very loud. A true Masterpiece!

They don’t need to dress to impress, their music says it all! If they do need to dress to impress then they’re second rate. Besides that they’re doing the right thing from the point of view of avoiding scandal and hatred for dressing sassy. It also means that any of the big companies wanting to use music for advertising will be happy to use them because of their choice. Great reaction Zack!

The live sessions were captured at Victoria Studios in Monterrey. They have used the studios several times for videos over the years. They also recorded their portion of the reimagined Enter Sandman in this studio. Their father has a connection with the studio. I believe he was an audio engineer there in the past and might be a part owner.

You're right to point out how they deal with their sexuality, gender, etc.., on and off stage: Like so many other things about them they deal with it perfectly and make it looks quite easy : "Just be yourself" you say "Don't deny your sexuality, but don't show it off. Don't act too feminine, nor too masculine. Don't flirt but don't hide. Don't be sensual on camera, but look natural" etc.. When you think about all the things it takes to seem completely comfortable being your gender and not fussed about it but not at all hiding it it seems complicated and a bit of a tall order for your average performer to achieve. I suppose a big contributor to their success with just being 'Your cool nieces' is that they didn't play for the public for a long time, and when they did it was to share and enjoy their music, nothing more or less. They're so amazingly relaxed for being so driven too. It's like super Combo-combo-combo! All the characteristics of admirable and enjoyable human beings.

As a father with a daughter, I'm in 100 percent agreement on the image comments. I love the Dakota bar concert and Dany's wearing the short sleeve shirt with the butterfly 🦋 on it. There are no crazy tattoos, no Victoria Secret,

Absolutely my favorite of theirs! To your point about their image not being over the top or sexual...you're right of course. It's a testament to them that people bring their kids and in some cases grandkids to their shows, not because it's G-Rated exactly but TW are normal, not oversexed and not swearing left and right. They're a special group for sure.

My favorite thing. They are three obviously absolutely GORGEOUS young ladies. But they don't have to play on their sexuality to be successful. They themselves have said that music is the language, and that comes across so much! Even with their songs in Spanish, I can't understand much, maybe some words here and there, but that is not the language. Music is. I love that.

"Where would I be if I never found them? Right here, but a little more sad." Good line! I stumbled on the OMV for Evolve in Nov 2022 and haven't been the same since. I've been obsessed with bands and artists before - Deep Purple's Glenn Hughes in the '70s, Gary Moore in the '80s - but it's more than an obsession with TW somehow. The wholesome image you talked about is a big part of it. It's refreshing. They're refreshing. I went down the rabbit hole hard, and not coming out anytime soon. 🙂 Got tickets for my first TW show in Boston Sept 13 (yes actually a Friday the 13th) and couldn't be more stoked.

Pau playing her “marshmallow” kit. Pau just recently announced in a short video clip that she finally officially signed with DW although IMO she’s been an “unofficial” ambassador for them for years. That bass slide is just as nasty now as it was the first time I heard it!

Clothing-wise the sexiest it gets is all the midrif baring tops they tend to wear, usually when it's expected to be warm out or the venue is hot. I assume more for comfort than anything. They learned their lesson when they opened the Mother of All Rock festival many years ago. Barely made it through their set, Pau had to be carried off. One of the Tesla band members (one of many who checked in to see if they were OK) commented that it was the most rock and roll thing he's seen. I think the year was 2017.

They don't sexualize themselves. They don't need to. Music doesn't define them, they define their music. I think they would check each other if one of them started thinking too much of themselves as would their parents. That is not who they are, though. That is why they signed with Jason Flom at Lava. His philosophy is don't interfere with the artist unless he is 99% sure they are wrong.

It's true that we often see girls being really sexy on stage for shows. But we have proof that with good songs and a great attitude it is still possible in 2024 to have success with inspiring girls without being sexualized. I am similar to you. For me, the annoying thing is that the British music media isn't biting. I've emailed my favourite radio shows, but no joy. Then if you keep emailing it starts to sound like trolling or you're a plugger for the band. I think it's because they can't 'discover' them. The Warning were literally too good too young.
