My favorite channel. Words of advice on that powder coating stripper for anyone looking to get it, I used to use the original B-17 product in my powdercoating operation, it is insanely dangerous stuff, I had some unknowling stuck inside a frame one day even after rinsing it and it was dry to the touch so I wasnt wearing any safety equipment. It sprayed all over my arm when I picked the frame up and tilted it to put it in the oven to do my offgas cycle and I had it rinsed off in less than 30 seconds but in that time I had 2nd and 3rd degree burns and that required trips to the burn center over several months. If you dont do a lot of powder coating dont buy that stuff. Also it usually contains methylene chloride and to my knowledge there is no filter or cartridge that can remove that so unless you are on supplied air you are straight breathing a pretty nasty carcinogenic while over the vat. Does the stuff work, yeah, its incredible, but the risks far outweigh the benefits.

I think at this point, with all the knowledge and skills you’ve developed over the years, you can definitely refresh and make your OG Evo 10 your ultimate work of art. You set a high standard for yourself to put out a higher attention to detail and quality over the years that I think you’d enjoy to see on your first evo you learned everything about evo’s on.

Definitely don’t sell the OG car. That’s what brought the vast majority of us to the channel in the first place! If there’s a such thing as a “forever car”, that should be it. Side note: loving all the content, no matter how frequent some of the stuff is. Glad you upload often 👍🏽

Just an FYI you can make your own end plates in any shape you want out of DRY carbon gloss or satin for like $20. Amazon and EBay sell various sized and thickness sheets of carbon fiber. I’ve made mine with a template, bandsaw and a little finish sanding and clear coat.

I think the calipers would look dope with like a reflective Brembo logo so that when you’re just plain looking at it you don’t see a logo very well but when a light is shined on it at the right angle it’ll light up!

For assembly lube for calipers I use Centric parts hydraulic brake assembly fluid if the caliper is not gonna be used right away otherwise it’s brake fluid

Correct me if I’m wrong but it looks like the front rotors need to swap sides. I believe from the inside to outside they’re supposed to point towards the back, cutting into the brake pad. The rear looked good. But maybe they are the other way for a reason I don’t know of? 🤷‍♂️

Looks way better than the crusty Brembo did, I may have tried a Matt Bronze Color for some more pop over the rotor, but jmo, not hating it looks sick. Question: does the stripper tank remove the coating that's on the inside of caliper cylinder? Also, do you ever sandblast the inside of the caliper cylinder? I recently had my calipers powder coated and the guy sandblaster the cylinders.... Not sure if there are any negative effects from the coating being removed. Thanks!
