One other thing about First Order: I've seen some of the higher end guilds put super fast speeds onto Masked Kylo Ren, so that he's almost always going first, and since he uses his AoE attack that also gives Turn Meter to First Order allies, it helps pretty much the entire First Order team go first. It's nasty and has proven to be a very effective way of deploying them on Defense.

I’ve been talking about the Qi’ra, han, and chewy trio for a long time! Since chewy was first released. Excellent trio I usually pair with nest and either vandor chewy, big Z or L3-37.

My problem is that I somehow have to split up my ~98k Empire Arena Team (zzPalp, zzTarkin, zVader, zThrawn, Shoretrooper with an acceptable Royal Guard in reserve) for Offense and Defence because my other factions (First Order, Phoenix, Bounty Hunters, Jedi) are at 64k-67k and don't contain newer characters (FOX, Bastila)... how should I split up and what teams should I use?

I tried NS for defense with Momma T lead. Then Qi'ra lead...BH with Bossk. Empire with Palps lead. And Phoenix. Soon to zeta Jyn do that will be a big boost on a defense team

You can toss Nest onto the qira team. Shes pretty flexible for both offense and defense, so throw her anywhere really

what would happen if you didn't place any defense teams and focused on offense? I placed 6 total defensive squads for 540 points; I got about 760 from my offense. if I place no teams on defense, my offense would have given me a 760 to 540 advantage and there would be nothing for my opponent to attack. Since I have not tried this, I wonder if it is a viable strategy.

It is. I actually forgot to set any defense in mine and my opponent got a guaranteed 360 points. I beat all his teams so I got more points than him, and icing on the cake is I got 100k credits for each victory. Definitely viable for my situation.

How can I split my imperial troopers up so that I have two offensive teams? One for nightsistets and one for Traya. Traya counter team being the Thrawn+Magma combo.

Against NS I normally do zVeers, Starck, Snowtrooper, Stormstrooper and Deathtrooper. Then you have Thrawn, Magma, Shoretrooper to face the Traya/Sion combo. If you have rangetrooper ready you could put him in for Deathtrooper and hold him for Traya/Sion, but I like deathmark killing someone just in case things go awry against NS

Thrawn Death and magma are a perfect trio. Add Krennic and Shore to that team, and it walks over Traya on offense IF you have Krennic. Then- Veers, Stark, Storm, Snow, Range (low gear is fine on range).

For the Thrawn team I would say use Thrawn, Magma, Shore, Deathtrooper, and a random fifth that can do a lot of offense like Probe Droid or OT Chewie

Let's say your top two def teams are FO and BH and it gets weak from there. Should you stack them up on the same side to try to make sure you keep one territory? Perhaps sacrificing a territory. Or split them up? Thoughts?

Slight flaw in your scoundrels team. You need to consider the 15% TM that Qira will gain from Han/Chewie critting more than once on the first turn with Shoots First.

That's a very good point. However, there will be times that you can't guarantee 2 critical hits, depending on differing circumstances, so you'll still want to maintain that 1 point Speed gap to be safe. If she does go a bit faster thanks to the turn meter boost, it doesn't automatically make the team useless.

I ran a Rex Team with chaze and GK with Nest. So far has made my opponent use two battles and he/she hasn’t got through GKs protection.

Great video, had similar thoughts, but learned a few new teams combos to try, I have Bastilla lead with Ashoka and Anakin that seems to hold well with some healing and damage from Ashoka tano

I saw on your previous TW Def team video that throwing Nest in with Nightsisters worked well. 2 question: 1. Does it still work after the Nest nerf? 2. Will they hold up against ITs?

Imperial troopers have some ways of countering nest with the nightsisters, but it's still pretty tricky to get through. Overall a solid defensive team

it takes a very very long time. i've been playing for close to 15 months myself (completely free to play) and i'm not even close to having that many g12 toons. you have to be very patient or very rich lol hope this helps

Previous Grand Arena, I got matched up versus a guy who had 500k GP more in terms of toons than I had; I had ~30 G12 toons, he had more than 60. I don't see how this is fair and balanced. I am really glad CG had issues and they had to restart the Grand Arena.

Sub in Nest for Mission on that Ou'ra lead scoundrel team and you have the Oz Squad.. much better on D. I use the alt version in the P2 of the Sith Raid, and other variations in P1, P3, and P4 and do very well.
