Hope you reach 20k this year. Out of all the Toku Tubers I watch, you are definitely my favorite lol. You have come so far, and I can’t believe I have been watching you since 5k and now you are at 17k that is crazy. Also excited for Toku Ideas 3. I wasn’t able to submit to the past 2, but I am currently making designs for my own rider who is based on Japanese festivals; his name is Wasshoi (which is a Japanese festival chant). If I can finish my designs and create some sort of story I will definitely submit.

A lot of fans are currently guessing the next Ultra series by looking at the recap series known as "Chronicle". These Chronicle were released after the end of a recently finished season, and it will somehow bridge the gap between that and the new season through its final episode or little hints. -Ultraman Zero the Chronicle leads to Geed -New Generation Chronicle leads to Taiga -Chronicle Zero & Geed leads to Z Since this year is also the 25th anniversary of Ultraman Tiga (the first Heisei Ultraman), and that the newest Chronicle series will be about both Z AND Tiga, many theorized the next series could take place in Tiga's universe (called Neo Frontier Space, which is also where Dyna resides in being direct sequel to Tiga and all) or have it be connected in some way to said Ultra. Aside from new series there's also the highly anticipated Shin Ultraman movie directed by Evangelion creator Hideaki Anno, and Mill Creek planning to release the remaining Showa Ultras, all of Zero's films, and potentially the rest of the Heisei series.

Ultraman Gaia was the second ultraman I watched and it become my most favorite Ultraman. Personally I think the storyline is most relevant to real world compared to other Ultraman Series.

Where characters actually care about each other... They ask Are you okay? And the fandom oddly seems to avoid seasons like that like it's the plague... I've never knew why...

mebius is an ultraman show i recommend, if u want to start before then I think start with taiga, then go from there because gaia uses a taiga reference here and there and so on

Definitely check out the *holy trinity* of heisei Ultraman (Tiga, Dyna & Gaia). Those shows set the standard for modern Ultraman shows (before the merchandising goes out of control).

You should watch legend hero, it's a tokusatsu from Korea (I think) the best way to describe it is a mix of kamen rider ryuki, gaim, and a dash of sentai, it's really good

I have a Kamen Rider Kiva what I call Tokubound. It comes out of Disneybounding to hit aesthetics of a certain character (In this case Wataru). I have this yellow-orange rain slicker so I also have a GOGOV bound (specifically, I got shoes that resemble GO Yellow's). However, I only just finished GOGOV for the first time yesterday-but had the GOGOV bound first.

I also have watched Liveman, which is a Showa Sentai, and is one of my favorite seasons along with Hurricanger and Ryusoulger. Jetman is also up there and Kiramager will be. Liveman was one of the inspierations I had for my Kiramager adaption before Yodonna was introduced (interestingly, Yodonna's counterpart has a raven motif and Yodonna herself a crow. Although I am peeved by Yodonna at points and has a rather anime aesthetic, her wardrobe isn't that far off from what I had in mind)

So, Ultraman Z was in the 55th anniversary season. Oh well. At least I finally got into a Tokusatsu season where I didn’t get into that specific series on an anniversary season. Good job me.
