Just a suggestion, but I switched the Wheel Spinner from the right side of the steering wheel to the left side. Allows using left hand to drive and right to work loader joystick which proved to be much more convenient. One of the best accessories I've ever added to any of the 3 different Kubotas I've owned over the years. Just beyond convenient!!

You got itvright talking about Paul Short. He has actually made a video or 2 for me to help me out. The basic soldering video was made exclusivly for me. They took time out of their already extremely busy because of his business and helped another youtuber out. I realize he cant do that any more, so I cherish those times. I have gotten quite a few mods from Paul and Kathy ovef the years. Best $$ I ever spent. I have a few of them in my latest video, but have added more since then. I bought a brand new bx1880 back in April. They even allowed me to call her, yeah her, "Mini Killer". Killer and Lil Killer needed a lil Sister. They are truly 2 of the most AWESOME people around and I hope one day to meet them in person. Conversations on phone and sending messages and emails are 1 thing, but a 1 on 1 in real life, OH MAN! Thay would be so freakin AWESOME.
@ritterjon2 жыл бұрын
I remember Paul's soldering videos, I bought all the soldering tools he suggested and I try to follow the steps he showed in his videos. WD40 works great as a degreaser, don't spray it directly on as you don't want it getting inside the fitting. Rather spray some on a rag and wipe excess grease away. I also use wipe WD40 on all plastic parts such as the side panels, dash area and lever housings. Give it a try and keep on tractoring! God bless.

I'd of put the LED strobes on the top of the ROPS facing both front & rear. My BX-2380 turn signals came mounted on the top section of the ROPS. you should install a dimmer for when your on the edge of the road so you dont blind on coming cars. This is actually a huge problem. Everyone is trying to find the brightest lights they can for their equipment and i understand the need to see but people need to think about others.
@ritterjon6 жыл бұрын
You bring up a good point. I’ve always tried to be considerate to others and turn my bright lights off when cars are around. It would be nice if there was a automatic dimmer that only engaged when it senses headlights. My road is t very busy so it’s not a huge concern.

The biggest reason I got it was for the receiver hitch option which also meant I could use a cargo rack for my sprayer or quickly add ballast instead of hooking up another three point implement. Nope, been there done that with the fuse box. Wired mine to the relay as well. Good mods. Check my channel out if you haven't done so already. Did a bunch of mods myself. Art

AH yes, I am subscribed to your channel but I haven't seen anything recent from you in awhile. Keep on tractoing and God bless.

Yeah, haven't had time to make vids. I always have some type of project going though. Maybe one of these days I can whip out the camera and make a video.

Hey buddy is your tractor diesel or gas and what is the price on that if you can say I think it's awesome.
@ritterjon4 жыл бұрын
It’s a 23 go Diesel engine. Extremely fuel efficient. A base BX23S which what I have now is about 18k. They are great machines if your thinking about getting one. Keep on tractoring!

I've been considering putting a light bar on my JD1025r. Have you got a link of the light bar you did purchase? There are so many that simply look cheap, then some that look just as cheap but cost a ton more. Thanks!!
@ritterjon7 жыл бұрын
Like I've said in a previous comment you really just gotta read the reviews people leave on those light bars. I bought mine on e-bay and yes there are a ton of options and most of them are great lights. Best of luck! God bless

Jon, where did you find a connection point to get power when key is on?

I figured that particular mod was going to spark some interest. I think I'm going to have to do a follow up video just to answer it as it's a little difficult to explain. I wish I would have documented that auxiliary fuse box mod. Thanks for watching and stay tuned for the answer. God bless.

Drilling holes in ROPS or Loader Frame can reduce the strength, no matter how small. U bolts highly recommended.
@markmayack21535 жыл бұрын
Wow do you actually use it

Mark Mayack Nope, spend most my time just looking at it. 👀

You know if you were smart you'd undercoat that tractor then it don't rust doesn't have to be fancy just undercoated that way when it's wet and dirty and mucky you don't have to worry about the snow rusting it and it'll last forever
