Fun fact: in America, the extra large bowl of pho is usually called “xe lua”,the train. Likely because of its size in terms of transportation.

I wish Việt Nam having a high speed train system like China. We have built 2 lines but it took too long. I hope I can see one connecting my home town with Hồ Chí Minh in my life time. 🥲

A week before Têt Con Rong ( Year of the Dragon ) I took the train from Huê to Hanoi at the same train station and it was so crowded that I didn't enjoy at all my trip . I prefer much more the sleeper bus ( xe buyt giuong nam ) . Too early to drink beer is "som qua dê uong bia" , not " trê qua ..." ("trê qua" means too late ) .

Many Vietnamese people think that the US is paradise . For them America is the land of good opportunity , the country of their dream where everything is nice , perfect and where money is growing on the trees or falling down from the sky . But for you it's the opposite , you prefer Vietnam . Why ? Is it because you have found love here ? All the best for you dear .

@@hungcuongnguyen293 I think it’s more along the lines of people usually wanting what they don’t have or “the grass is always greener” type of thing. I take LA, the US, for granted and it’s not exciting to me.
