A series I loved and now that is playing on Amazon Prime is Blood Ties. It's based on a series based on books by Tanya Huff. It's about a Vicky, a former detective on the police force who left when she started losing her vision. She opened her own detective agency whose clientele deals with the paranormal. She's helped out by Henry, a vampire whose been around since the time of Henry VIII. There is some amazing chemistry but her former partner Mike who she was formerly involved with and wants her back. It was filmed in Toronto and although I don’t live there, I've visited plenty of times so I recognize where a lot of scenes were filmed.

@@nicoletteslibrary unfortunately the writer strike they had interrupted it and it lost traction and wasn't renewed. I was SO disappointed over that. And I'd love to know what you think if you do watch it.

I love REIGN!!! I'm going to try to get my nieces to watch it over summer vaca! Unfortunately, the final season was a rushed bummer. Have you seen "Mary" or "Kenna" anywhere else recently???? THE WHITE QUEEN was on around the same time as REIGN and is similar (a little more realistic) Worth watching!

Yes One Tree Hill! I'd have to say that and Grey's Anatomy are my favorite tv shows of all time. I keep trying to rewatch One Tree Hill but it ends up making me sad because I named my dog after Lucas and he passed away a couple years ago (it's weird but I was a teenager so that's my excuse).

These are my top 15 TV Shows (just a warning ahead, I'm a Sitcom guy): 15. Breaking Bad - definitely one of the more well made shows, qualitywise it probably takes the cake. But I don't rewatch the first seasons at all. 14. The Good Place - really cool concept. 13. The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air - just yes. 12. New Girl - kind of Friends but more modern. 11. The Office - come on. 10. Shark Tank - the only reality show I really watch, I love it dearly. 09. Better Call Saul - I haven't watched Season 6 yet but loved all the seasons. 08. Only Murders in the Building - the best show on TV. Season 2 just ended and both seasons are pretty much perfect. 07. The Golden Girls - this one I have a lot of nostalgia for because my mom always loved it so much. 06. The Honeymooners - a 50s Black and White Sitcom with only one season. I have unbelievable nostalgia for this because my dad always had it on as a kid. 05. Seinfeld - it really mastered observational humor. 04. Friends - the first show I ever really watched from beginning to end. 03. How I Met Your Mother - I had very a difficult time when it came to love and relationships back in the day (being hung up on your best friend's girlfriend for years) and I always related to Ted. But along with that these episodes are just so emotional for a Sitcom. 02. The Big Bang Theory - I consider myself a huge nerd and could always relate to the guys here. Also the relationship between Leonard and Penny might be my favorite relationship in all media. The later seasons aren't as great but still very watchable. 01. Modern Family - this is easily the show I've watched the most. It's on in my house all the time. I rewatch this on loop, it's just comfort food at this point.
