Great video ! The chocolate bars sound so good ! So I’m guessing the migraine diet is to see what foods are triggering you ? I’m a migraine sufferer too! I’m on Quilipta right now and literally have not had a migraine in about 6 months if you decide to go the medication route def try it !

Yeah! The chocolate bar was SOOOOO good. And yeah, the diet is a super comprehensive elimination diet of all the things that can trigger migraines. I'm going to do it for 2 months and hopefully it helps... but I'm not holding out too much hope. I haven't tried that medication, but I'm unfortunately allergic to a lot of the other ones so I may look into that as an option!!! I love that we're connected, but I'm so sorry it's by being a part of the migraine brain club lol
