Tarja, Annette or Floor, each has their own pluses.....but only one is a gift from the gods. Floor is everything, she can sing as sweet as can be, or she can growl.....and to top it all off she is a stage general, she commands the stage, and feeds off the energy from the crowd. I in my 63 years on this planet have never heard her equal, and probably never will. She is awesome and Nightwish is so much the better for asking her to join them.

Disclaimer: Tarja has a realy impressive Voice and i respect her, but her Voice colour was not my thing. Anette is also realy good singer, but on stage that does not work for me that well. Floor on stage, singing and stage presence, for me outstanding. I try to imagine how hard it was for Marco (and the other Band member) to wait more than 5 years to finally get her in the Band. (sorry for my bad english, its not my native language)

Finally someone who has the guts to say it. I always thought Tarja's voice sounded a bit too closed, as they call it in vocal coach terms. But I did like Nightwish and their creativity. Anette was a mismatch imo. Floor opened the door to a larger audience. A band like Nightwish deserves a Vocal Queen. And Floor is the one.

I've seen NW with Floor live and I LOOOOVE her. God she lives the songs and it's a party with her. I've seen Tarja live with NW and solo and she drew me into some very dark places with that dark timbre of her voice and I spent lots of time staring mesmerised at her. And then she just smiles and dances and you're having the best time. They are so different yet equally amazing. I'll just keep enjoying both of them and Nightwish as a whole. ✌ I love your reactions though. Haha.. you make me crack up everytime.

Jukka actually stopped touring after the tour Wacken '13 was recorded. Kai joined them as a fill in recording EFMB and became the permanent drummer this past July. BTw Emppu is working over the whammy bar to get the effect during his solo.
