Very interesting point about liking the damage. I agree - it does make it unique. Great point!

With an ebook (Kindle) you can download and install different fonts to make you book different than what is installed by default! Love that feature!!!

I think it’s the default, but I’m a personal fan of Amazon Ember size 4 🤓

I have plenty of physical books, but since getting an ereader, I have mainly read ebooks. With few exceptions, I do not agree with anything you said about the superiority of physical books. I did buy and read one physical book this year, The Last Hero by Terry Pratchett, because it wasn't available as an ebook, and it was part of a series I was reading. In this one instance, the book worked better, because it had lots of color illustrations. But mostly I prefer ebooks, and I do not fetishize the experience of reading physical books. I like how an ereader gives me more control over the format of a book, how ereaders are more ergonomic than physical books, and how using an ereader leads me to discover books I wouldn't discover in a bookstore. While I will use my Kindle in the bath, I do not take it into the shower.

Might just be a me thing, I really like the feel of hardcover books personally 🤓 but definitely find that I’ve read a lot more since getting a kindle, I recommend one to anyone that reads a lot

I do have 2 hole shelving g units of physical books. But I'm slowly purchasing all kf them books on my kobo. An ereader is a must have gadget for me as I'm severely sight impaired, as this means I can make the font size of the book bigger without having to use some sort of magnifier

That’s super wholesome actually, didn’t even think about the added accessibility for visual impairment, really glad to hear this and that you’re able to continue enjoying your books!

I strongly Vouch for Kindle. See I bought my first ever kindle on 9th Feb this 2022 and have downloaded books to it even of those of which I already have a physical copy. However reading on kindle, the actual reading experience on kindle is far far better than Physical books. However if you still ask me to vote, I will still be biased towards the physical books. The other thing, you are absolutely correct about is, since I have my kindle it is helping me to actually sleep so so so much better. This really help to get a very calm and good night's sleep just like a baby after you tell them stories. Reading on Kindle have taken away all the resistance I usually had and I am surprised by myself when I today read Book 1 along with 5 chapters of Book 2 of the epic Novel Anna Karenina by Tolstoy within 4 days. For me that was way too fast as compared to physical books. It's first time I have already completed 6 books this month. If anyone likes to read, I strongly suggest you to try kindle, it will definitely change the game for you by a lot margin.
