I also have a hero7, but still experimenting with it. I don't really have much experience with videos. Irish bars!! :D

Hyper Smooth does not work in low light. You need a gimbal. Only 4K at 60 fps, the function low light goes on. But unfortunately my computer is too old for 4K 60fps ..

Editing that kind of videos needs so good PC... I bought a new laptop, especially for editing and it still seems to be too slow. Thanks for tip!
