What a great place the Murray always magical views.The scenery from that camp site would make a perfect painting, also nice Cod Only caught 1 many years ago at Waikerie about 90cm but released, enjoying the trip catch you one the next video.👍👍👍 Cheers Wombat 🐾🍳🥔🔥

Another interesting video. As far as Murray cod in SA you are correct, they are a protected species and shouldn’t be removed from the water if caught.

Interesting fact about the bridge at Yarrawonga, you may have noticed a dip in the bridge when leaving Victoria prior to reaching the main structure. It’s not supposed to be like that. I was told the engineer was so distraught that it ended up like that he took his life. This story was told to me back in the late 80’s whilst working in the town.

I believe that the rules in Victoria are different from SA. You can keep them if they are between 55 & 75 cm & only 1 per angler per day.
