The oled is actually a little bit bigger than the og switch! I used to have the Satisfye grip on my og switch and when i got oled the grip didn't fit anymore.

Defo not the same size I've had to re buy a lot of case it's only mm but enough to make some cases not enough room to protect. Had to buy new grips too. Been out a while now so lots of company's have making them that mm bigger that's they fit both

The hori split pad pro practically changed my experience on the Nintendo switch, I usually play on handheld mode but over time my switch controllers got drift. So I decided to buy a red hori split pad pro, at first it felt a bit uncomfortable and the switch seemed larger then it was before. Two days after using the controllers I got used to it and now I play on handheld more than I play with the dock on tv! I find these controllers perfect for whoever players handheld mode and wants controllers with a similar feeling of the pro controllers!

If u miss rumble I recommend checking out the fixture s1/s2.. i only play on handheld as well. I usually switch between them two.

That case is ballsie! I have the cherry flower one from them and it was such a good upgrade from my old soft one when I got my OLED. It also came with decal stickers for the OLED, the doc, the controller and the joycons so now it all fits nicely together and it also had a protective screen. My old Switch, which I mainly play handheld, only had the tiniest scratch ever and it was only in the black part of the screen so no biggy but I feel better with the Oled being protected since it was a good bit more expensive. Your accessoirs are super cute!

I literally just impulse-bought the gooseneck thing as I have chronic illnesses that mean I often have to spend time in bed (bored). Good excuse to play games on my Switch. Only today I was fantasising about such a device and now, not only does such a device exist, but you have directed me to it. Thank you! I have the split pad pros and they are a game changer if you struggle with chronic pain. It’s so much easier to game for longer periods with them

I have the neo grip in white, also in black with grips in red and blue and I also brought some separate animal crossing colours grips to change them around at Christmas lol. Your so right tho it's definitely the best switch accessory 😊. P.S the cat definitely doesn't have a butt congratulations it's a boy 🤣🤣🤣

Was curious if the OLED was the same size, thanks for confirming and for the recommendations! I have the same type of case as the first but ACNH pattern and love it! Sorry for all the edits, "at" work (from home) and had to pause and knew I'd forget lol but that last thing for playing in bed is brilliant!! I have detached my joycons to play in bed before, but having to lay on my side to have the screen propped up is not comfortable lol Might just have a buy one of them!

The oled is just SLIGHTLY bigger than the og. This won't matter for most cases as there's usually some wiggle room but grips like the satisfye grip won't work for both

Okay, so... Because of this video, I bought a tablet stand/holder to play on my pro controller while laying down in bed... And I can't live without it anymore xD I don't leave my bedroom anymore and I've gotten super lazy! Send help! Or food! Pro tip if you're someone like me and play other consoles, in addition to the switch, 8bitdo adapter will let you use other console controllers in replacement of the pro controller. 1000% recommend and you can remap the buttons to how you are used to playing lol

I play almost strictly hand-held and so the Satisfye grip was my #1 accessory. However, with both of my joycons drifting pretty badly and with me refusing to throw the money on new joys cons or too lazy to fix/send it in I recently bought split pad pro for a cheap price. it does the job but immediately I miss the Satisfye's grip and not having HD rumble, my Switch experience feels empty. lol

Definitely agree about that pro controller, I had to send my WiiU gamepad back twice in it’s lifetime due to stick drift so I got the pro controller for my Switch as it’s cheaper to replace that than a pair of joy-con.

Great list. I'm curious if you know whether the Tryone holder would fit a Switch Lite? Atm, that's all I have to game on (though I've been jealously eyeing an OLED). Being bedbound, it would be amazing to have something like that to hold my Lite so I could play more comfortably. Similar stands I've tried in the past often don't hold tablets, etc very securely, so if this one would work I would definitely love to give it a try...

I have the hori controllers and I love them. They are more comfortable to hold and have bigger buttons and joysticks. The only downside is that they don't have motion controls. The only game I can't play with them is Splatoon. Kinda sad cuz I love the game but hey what can you do.

I think Eunie from Xenoblade 3 has a word for what she thinks "that" is. My favourite thing about having a portable console is that it's also a home console and will connect to a surround sound system with a LAN cable, for playing online games from the couch. If anyone else were in charge of the video game industry they'd never come up with the idea of a portable console that docks to become a full-fledged home system and it makes me glad that Nintendo hasn't gone the way of SEGA and Atari.
