Wow! Crazy! What collection are they from?

They're Zukan's. 1/40th scale. They came out in JPN in Gashapon machines between 2003 and 2014, in small sets (about 40 released sets). The Wailord, Ho-oh and Lugia were lottery only prizes (c500 of each). There was a limited release of some figures outside JPN but they were awful - not hard acrylic plastic, but softer, flexible, not worth getting.
