Nice having you back!!!...I think what you do has very good quality so it is rewarding when ever I see a video of yours in my feed even if you dont upload that many amount . Congratulations in being accepted on your masters degree program and all your academic achievments!!!....In my personal opinion I like poems with simple language yet with very profound analysis of social-political issues the less baroque the better , although out of reading Mary Shelley Frankestein and enjoying its lyrical style with heavy phylosophical themes I am getting little by little into the Romantic Poets, specifically Percy Bysse Shelley and Samuel Taylor Coloridge. All of the poets you mentiones sounded intersting so I will definetely check them out on instagram ;).

Thank you! I agree about the kinds of poems. There is something refreshing about poetry that evokes a lot of feeling without the need for a lot of description.

I am really happy to see you back in the Booktube community! I always enjoy watching your intellectual videos! These are some powerful poetry collections you mentioned as well! I saw Milk & Honey and was flirting with picking it up, but I decided against it. I plan to eventually purchase it, but we shall see. Rupi Kaur is definitely establishing herself and I can see her material being studied in the future! I will have to look into Yrsa Daley-Ward and Nayyirah Waheed as well. Thank you for sharing and I wish you all of the best in your endeavors! -Josh

Thank you! It definitely took me a while to buy these books, but I am drawn to their poems every time I see a post of theirs on social media.

I like Henry Rollins Black coffee blues, but i dunno how it translates to the feminine persuasion. Its dark and melancholy but he has some great lines.
