RM is heavily involved with the songwriting and production of BTS’ music. Above all he is an amazing human being. In his livestream a few days ago, he said the reason why he is still doing all this and continuing on this path is to give people comfort through the lyrics he writes and the music he makes. He was feeling down because BTS couldn’t share their Map of the Soul: 7 comeback performances with ARMY due to coronavirus precautions. Kim Namjoon is one of the people I really respect most in this world.

And the explosions aren't CGI. They had to practice their dancing with recorded explosion noises so they wouldn't flinch noticeably when they did it for real. If you watch carefully, you can still see a bit of a flinch from a couple of them...but they are incredible professionals.

I recommend Save Me. Its a bit of an older song but It's shot entirely in one take. When you do start to watch the MV shooting vids make sure you look for the ones with subtitles. Bangtan subs add them well. The official bangtantv has only started putting subtitles in their Bangtan Bombs (random videos or their life or behind the scenes clips per say) recently. I think the actual MV shoots are posted under BTS Episode though. They do have a lot of series of videos going on. Like Run BTS which is more of an actual game show/variety show format. Much recommended for watching thought not for reacting on youtube as it is likely to get taken down. But anyway I do look forward to you checking out more of their songs for now. A lot of their B-sides are also amazing as much as I do love their title tracks (most of the songs with mvs).

It's truly amazing what you can discover when you decide to put aside your prejudices! I was in the exact same position as you, didn't know and didn't care. But once I saw a few of their MVs and fell down the rabbithole of watching compilations, it was absolutely over, I instantly fell in love with their talent, dedication and personalities. They really are exceptional people and artists and although I'm still a pretty new ARMY, it makes me really happy to see people jump over their shadow and give the boys a real shot.
