MY FIGHTWEEK - UFC Vegas 93 - Adam Fugitt

Adam Fugitt heads to Las Vegas, for Fight week against Josh Quinlan.
He hits his workout Tuesday Afternoon with teammate Dan Moret.
Then Wednesday, the Welterweight hits pads with head striking coach, Eddie Cha at the UFC Performance Institute.
Thursday, he begins the decent in weight to hit the 170 lb limit.
Friday, Adam makes the rest of the cut. Pushing through the grueling process of cutting the final 8 lbs.
Saturday - Fight day, he gets a shakeout workout with the entire team. Waking up 25 lbs heavier than he weighed in the day before. Head MMA Coach Santino Defranco comments on how he is technically a Light Heavyweight, weighing nearly 200 pounds.
Adam finally sits down to reflect on his performance that night, and looks ahead to his next UFC contract after getting back in the win column.
