Yes, mama Rose you are wise. We need to sacrifice for our children but not sacrifice seeing our children grow. We can never get that time back. That is the main reason I moved out to the Philippines with my husband and daughters. In America it’s all work and no family time. I was missing out on spending quality time with my daughters and my heart could no longer bare it. So here we are now a Mexican/American living in Abra, Philippines enjoying the province life with my daughters and husband. 😃🇲🇽🇺🇸🇵🇭💕

Filipinos are very smart and innovative not to mention their fighting spirit. I don’t see why there can’t be more Filipino success stories here in their own country. Perhaps more encouragement and support from the government to stay here in the Philippines would help grow the economy. But what do I know I’m just a humble guest of this beautiful country.

Mama rose had some menu it's like you are having a business on the beach. The guy while shreding the papaya had some rocking music. And a rocking hairstyle bwahahahaha. The other papaya was a little bit ripe that is is yellow already. Unripe Papaya salad good to pair it with Chicken adobo. You had green beans and two eggs. And a fried rice and a green papaya salad and a dried fish. Dried fish is really salty and it is high in salt. It makes your room stinky while on the air conditioned house. The side of the beach becomes sandbar when it's low tide. Someone died on the other side of the beach due to the storm last January. When you hear the chainsaw it reminds you of ubod a young coconut stalk. You put them in Lumpia. There really good.
