Boil it with carrots, celery and onion and buillion cube with laurel leaves for 5 minutes then wash with water and cook the way you want.cook it dry adobo. That's collagen, good for the lubrication of your bones. Beautiful sofia said: chicken hands?

I understand Hannah fully well. At first, I couldn't really eat them. But when I learned that it is very nutritious, I tried it. Now, I really love it. It might help Hannah if she knew that before selling it in the market, it is first being dressed. The outer layer of scale like skin is first removed. You may debone it and adobo it. Then just coat it with flour and fry it.
