I haven’t really followed the prospects that much and this is my first video really on them. I’m a kraken fan and I’ve heard some stuff about Parekh, he certainly wouldn’t be bad for the team.

Hope the bruins steer clear of Beaudoin, like the player but they’re absolutely loaded with third line centers lol. Of course it’s a little absurd to try and project a young players exact ceiling, but his comparables aren’t what the bruins need. He’d be excellent for a team with a solid top six and a lacking middle/bottom six, like Colorado/Tampa/Toronto etc., but he’d be a funky fit in Boston it seems. Letourneau or Luchenko are players worth taking a gamble on, or if boisvert/hage fall to them, cool, but unlikely. Going for a project with potential, or someone with higher offensive upside is what they need. They have too many decent two way but limited offensively centers, like Beecher/coyle/geekie/frederic/boqvist/zacha Edit: oh and I forgot to add yet another bottom six offensively limited center, Mark Kastelic 😂😂

Agreed don’t forget Merkulov 5th in the AHL in points he could be the future 3C if he can improve his FO%. Much rather another skill guy that could be great offensively like Lysell

In Total the Blue Jackets have 5 Russian Players and could have 6 by the end of the day 3 Fowards- Chinakhov-Voronkov-Marchenko- and maybe demidov. 1 Defensemen- Provorov 1 Goaltender- Tarasov. Wouldn't be a bad place for Demidov

Bruins fan here. I’m a fan of Cole Beaudoin but I’d also be interested in Dean Letourneau despite how controversial the pick would be, or I’d like Lucas Pettersson, or if he’s available I’d also like Sacha Boisvert. Boston desperately needs a center who can shoot the puck, and Boisvert is built for just that. That’s not to say Beaudoin can’t shoot. I’ve read the scouting report on him, he can shoot. But I’d like a guy who builds his whole game around shooting. If Boisvert has already been taken I’d also like to see Cole Beaudoin join our team

@@MikeBartner honestly. What Lou has done to this team is despicable. No team in our position should be trading 4+ first round picks in a row. The only teams that are justified in doing that would be teams like Tampa or Florida or Canes or Avs, you know, teams that actually have a shot in hell at making the playoffs and DOING SOMETHING. We make all these trades just to MAYBE make the playoffs to get trounced in the first round. Lou’s running of the team literally made me start following another sport (go Dolphins) because it makes me too mad. Fire. Lou. Now.

I don't get all the silayev hate, if you look at teams that win the cup he's the type of defesman you need, he's like Shea weber doesn't score a tonne of points but who cares, he defends like crazy. It's almost like people only care about offense.

Shea Weber was a 50ish point defenseman in the early 2010's (lower scoring era) and by far the best goal soring defenseman in the league in his prime, he was elite offensively lol.

@@MikeBartner yeah ik, he had an elite shot, but defense matters so much when your trying to win the cup. Defenseman like Zayne Parehk or Zeev Buim are great offensively but when it comes to a much more physical playoff game, I'd take silayev over both of those guys. In my opinion you don't draft to have the players with the most points, you draft to win the cup.
