Johnny, people in Ukraine tend to change oil much more faster by milage than it's specified in a car manual For big city usage 7k of km for turbo 10k of km for naturally aspirated The reason is our low gas quality, oil becomes "dirty" faster Also car manuals usually specifies that in case of "heavy usage" of a car oil should be changed more frequently. Driving a car in big city, short trips, traffic jams - considered as "heavy usage" too, not only flooring it To reduce oil change price you can buy 5w40 visocity. If it's fits your engine, because our winters are not that cold and 5w is ok and cheaper Socar is a nice gas station but idc how much it will compensate
@MikeOxlong-

100% to everything you stated. That 0 weight oil was only introduced to comply with even further emissions strategies and standards (in fuel economy), meanwhile it’s so thin that it bypasses practically every engines oil rings and you end up burning it (and this going through it) like crazy!! I found with every single new vehicle that recommends 0w20 (and consumes over a litre every 5000km) that by changing to 5w30 not only does the engine not consume any oil (or negligible amounts), but the fuel economy remains the same. Plus it’s better overall protection (and in some vehicles like Subaru’s) makes a noticeable difference with lowering the sound of the engine running…

I always get it on sale (which is always twice a year in Canuckistan’s main automotive store) and use the same synthetic - however it’s only $32CAD (or about 5 freedom bucks) for a 5 litre jug (and my vehicle uses 7 quarts or 6.5 litres so 3 jugs is good for 2 services), and the original German OEM filters (made by Mann) are only $15/each. And if I’m feeling lazy any local shop will do the service for around 20 bucks. I wonder what the price of oil at Epicenter is?…

The Mobil 1 synthetic oil can be used to run at least 10,000 miles. If you change your oil sooner than 10,000 miles you are wasting your money (assuming that you are using the correct corresponding oil filter). As usual, checking your oil level is recommended and now days most vehicles allow you to check your oil level electronically (assuming the vehicle is parked and the engine is off) from inside the vehicle without opening the hood!

All cars now have a tire pressure light indicated by an exclamation mark. The price of a Porsche oil change is relatively low at $200 compared to the cost of $400-$450 in Washington, DC. It is important to change the oil in a Porsche annually regardless of mileage. Additionally, it is recommended to wash your car in the winter due to road salt.

The problem I have with owning a car is the cost of insurance. So if you can work around not having a car, that might work out well. If you can rent a car for a week or so, when you need one, it will only cost a fraction of the cost of owning a car full time. And it seems like you do spend a lot of your time walking around the city, and not driving. Do they have Turo in Ukraine? It is a car rental, where you rent a car from a private owner. It seems like you could get around town just fine, maybe with a electric 48 volt bicycle? And pannier bags to carry home the groceries.

Buc - ees are also in Alabama, South Carolina, Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida and the Midwest states of Missouri, Wisconsin and Ohio as well as Texas. I love the Love's Gas Station restroom facilities in Michigan. They are very clean and modern.

Great looking car - if I were you I’d sell too. More trouble than value and fun as you are away a lot and don’t use it very much when you are home.

I'm watching CNN and MSNBC today, and both were expressing concern that Ukraine is losing the war against Russia, claiming that Ukraine has lost all of it's territorial advances. What are you hearing Johnny??

We can say for sure that since the beginning of the present years the ukranian military have lost more territory than the territory they gained. But territory is not that important in terms of strategy. The ukrainian army have lost much more mens and equipement than the russians during this rime.

Ukraine havent ammo and really powerful weapon. If will not get next-gen of weapon like rocket missiles 300+km... But has absurdly restrictions on using any weapon from partners, like strikes on the rear of enemy armies. Just people grinding and orcs has too much new orcs, no limits for losses

@@angeurbain6129 Russian bots, what are you doing here? Yes, yes, Russia wins, Ukraine lost... yes, yes, I’ve already heard this for the second year in a row... It’s always the one who invades who loses the war if it turns into a protracted one, because the basis of war is supply, and supply on someone else’s territory always ends badly. USSR in Afghanistan, USA in Vietnam.

@@vladkudrya9615lol, this is an American proxy war, and they lose most wars just like this one. Oh and Ukraine are the invaders numb nuts, they are not respecting the territories in the Dobass' s right to their sovereignty, after all Ukraine is supposed to be so democratic, what a joke.
