2024 UPDATE: Hi guys!! I keep getting asked for an update, but I don’t really have one yet. In Fall 2022, I got pregnant with my son & idk if it was the pregnancy hormones or what, but I could not STAND the feel of the trays in my mouth. And then when my son was born last April, I couldn’t keep up with the trays so I paused treatment. As of today, I am back on the trays ❤️

Oh no, that’s terrible, glad it’s getting better! For me, day 2 of wearing them was terrible & biting down on the chewies was the only way I could get relief. Hopefully it gets easier, not worst with time!

I got my molds taken on 2/15. How long did it take them to arrive? I had braces in the past, just never wore my retainer so my teeth shifted a bit. Been binge watching these videos so I know what to expect!

It took exactly one month, 3 weeks to make & then a week for them to get shipped to my orthodontist’s office

I actually clean the trays with the toothpaste, and they have been clear as crystal even after two weeks. My orthodontist told me to do just that, and it works well.

I had braces used my retainer but I have had a little relapse which my orthodontist is correcting with Invisalign. Thank you for the video. I loved my braces as I didn’t want to have to keep taking something out but it’s hopefully only going to be a very short treatment plan. My front teeth have been fighting to get back to their original placement even with a fixed metal retainer and wearing my night time retainer. I was hoping that this experience was not going to be as painful as metal braces which was brutal as i needed Major movement. I’m looking forward to getting my treatment started even though I was not expecting to have it. ❤

Yeah, you have to wear them every night while you sleep! The first night was rough, but the last few nights haven't been that bad. I still don't like wearing them, but it's getting better as the days go by!

Those Ortho keys saved me! So much easier than using your fingers and anyway, who wants to stick their fingers in their mouth- especially if you’re taking them out in public. I keep one on my keychain and in my wallet so I always have one handy

Yes i feel, mostly its difficult to fully bite with aligners on as it puts pressure on my premolar and molar. Thats y i keep my jaw little open all the time so i m not biting at rest.

Don’t know how much she paid, but mine are costing me $4,500 and that was a discount. Regularly $5,000 at my dentist office. 😰 My treatment is estimated to be 18 weeks. I have to wear each aligner for 10 days.
