Wali bhai.. One suggestion.. Pakistanis respect status (shashkay).. So in order to attract a bigger audience, you'll have to talk about your net worth, even if it's ball park.

I got return from smart crowd air bnb. Generated 54 aed on 10k investment as 1st dividend

that's around 6% annual. But all fees and other transaction cost might make is slightly less. However, in longer term, it should give you good returns + the price appreciation might result in capital appreciation at the time of exit.

For Airbnb listed property I am interested to know whether its annual return is higher compared to annual rental and what the percentage is. For the example of Moiz Irfan, it is 6.48% for a specific month. The Airbnb listed properties as the daily rates are seasonal we can not apply it for the whole year.

Difficult to invest from Pakistan - but you can keep the investments that you have done already and if you want then repatriate later on.
