1:26 HOW TO MAKE JAJANGMYEON - It was my first day at the cooking school and so we wanted to share with you how to make the authentic jajangmyeon recipe from scratch with chef JD at I Love Hansik 아이러브한식 Korean food cooking class in busan which is originally a Korean Chinese dish. My experience was straight forwards and truly interesting. The jajangmyeon was heavenly delicious and it is served in two different ways. If you want to learn true and authentic korean food Chef JD is definitely recommended.
4:56 GAMCHEON CULTURE VILLAGE BUSAN - Our next stop was this beautiful colorful terraced houses standing along the mountainside is referred as the 'The Santorini of South Korea, Vibrantly-painted murals and interesting sculptures. One of the popular ways to enjoy the village is drop by one of their lovely cafes and appreciate the pleasing scenery over your favourite drinks and desserts. D'd recommend to try the sesame paste ice cream, delicious!!!

Dwaeji gukbap (pork soup rice) Recommended by Chef friend JD that I should try this dish which is originally from Busan. This restaurant was very popular and was packed. The dwaeji gukbap was delicious and filling. You should add the noodles to the gukbap and season it with some tiny salted shrimps. Mix everything in the bowl and Voila. That was Chris favorite!!!!! I had the Soyu which was steam pig served with side dishes. Simply outstanding!!!! The staff was friendly and the service was efficient. The prices were not expensive. Total price - 21500 KRW ($15) for the Dwaeji gukbap, steamed pig SOYU and soft drinks.
9:13 CHIMAEK KOREAN FRIED CHICKEN - Korea is known for it's amazing Korean fried chicken. We had two type of fried chicken, the sweet chili and the classic with curry flavor. You’ll find plenty of restaurants in this market serving it. The chicken was pretty tasty and addictive. The chicken was for Total price - 18,000 KRW ($16.86). Here is the restaurant name Geoin Chicken 부산 중구 중구로47번길 34 is located in Busan. The total price for the dinner was 32000 KRW ($22) including the Classic and sweet and chili fried chicken with 2 soft drinks.
11:24 HONEY BUTTER CHIPS - Is one of the most difficult products to buy these days,” it was sold out many times, can you believe it. The chips is a sweet buttery with a hint of honey, that was exquisite!!! for 1500 KRW ($1.05).
