Crime and murders doesn't happen only on slums it happens anywhere in South Africa . also in South Africa we dont have slums we have townships. Crime, murder, Corruption happens anywhere in the world.

I certainly agree with you that crime happens everywhere in the world however some places more than others. That is why there are places considered safe and places that are not. Also, I was informed that most of the crimes that happen in Cape Town take place in and around the townships. If that information is not what it is then I stand corrected. Thanks for your comment.
