Thank you for talking about feeling introverted and nervous for first days! Everyone always seems to be super extroverted and confident in theatre and it's reassuring to know other people feel nervous and in themselves sometimes

I totally get the nerves thing, because for someone who loves performing arts I have a very passive and quiet personality. I find though that telling myself that everybody else is having their first day too, it's not just me starting at that moment, helps to calm me down as it sets us all on the same level :) xxx

Currently in Hairspray, but the actor who was playing Edna dropped out. So I was approached to be Edna! And the show is in five weeks! Gotta learn the script, the dances, the songs, and blocking etc. So yes, I’m super super nervous. :’(

You’re definitely not the only one! I always get a super excited but nervous feeling (like when you’re going on a roller coaster??) especially being introverted, I usually get quite shy as well
