Try using “fabric tac” fabric glue to adhere your trims. Much easier & thinner layers of glue. Love your tutorial….very informative

Nice! I’m getting ready to do that style so I’ve been learning. In one video I watched the woman just cut strips of cotton fabric to wrap around the frame instead of tape like you did. It was a little thicker, and perhaps not quite as tight as the tape but it seems like that would be a bit easier to pin through than the cotton tape. Thanks for the video! I liked subscribed, and I am looking to see if you made any more on lampshades.
