My First Drift Event in my Mustang GT Part 1 | ZERO to HERO?!?!

This was my very first drift event that I attended on December 2023, prior to the other drift event videos I have on my channel. I had so much footage from this event. I felt like it was long overdue to post this video.
I attended an event at Piedmont Drift (Piedmont Dragway, NC) in my Mustang GT. I have years of simulation drifting (videogames) experience and some real-world drifting experience with the Mustang from practicing in private areas. Despite my experience, I still had to learn how my car behaved, how to drive it, how to drive through the course & how to transfer my simulation skills into the real world. In this two-part video series, you'll see my challenges and my struggles. You'll also see how I overcame my mistakes quickly and began to perform better than I ever did prior to that day.

Thanks man, best believe I won’t stop, I’m taking this to FD and beyond. Go for it man. The car is very reliable, of course keep your maintenance up. But the car drives fantastically everytime. If you are tuned I would recommend getting oil pump gears. My car is stock so I haven’t done that yet
