You can read any blogs or articles (your interested topic) You can listen to the podcast again your fav topics which you enjoy listening to You can write any 5 sentences which made you happy that day (everyday) You can do this as much you can its just a practics part How to track our progress? You can read the artical and then record it and then listen the recording or can talk to co learns on different app you will automatically come to see your progress Firstly overcome fear of making mistakes while speaking (i knw its difficult even i have some kind of fear still) but it will be less as you progress I hope this will help you and happy learning 🥳
