Solid player Dalot... I play a very aggressive 4-3-2-1 with overlapping fullbacks and he is legit everywhere. Tho the formation is open so you need to be strong enough to manually defend with 2 CBS and the central cm who drops between defenders

1:23 Josh Savio is very great for me coming off the bench. I play him at my left CM although he don’t play midfield he is a good box to box player with his speed and passing and dribbling to make goals happen and score them himself. Edit ( I use a 4-4-1-1 (2) and my left CM I have go forward while attacking so definitely a good attacking player but he is good to get the ball down the field to my striker and Left and Right Mids. He would be a great sub for Fekir

I believe That first goal you were upset about happened because your player didn't have the awareness to head the pass away, if you were controlling the player that's a player error but if it was an ai then yeah either the player didn't have high awareness or they have a terrible jumping/header stat. Either way Fifa 23 seems very strange to me and you're not the first person I've seen who is struggling to figure it out. Even if you ignore the weird Chem system the gameplay just feels really weird for some reason and after watching gameplay since the game was released I still can't put my finger on why that is.
