I agree, and to me personally I think it's because the easy ones are well known facts but are also discussed often on youtube cause it pertains to the strawhats ; the hard ones are the hardest ones but are discussed often on youtube due to being mysterious/recurrent/important with only some not really fitting with that ; but the medium ones are niche things that don't really have enough importance to be mentioned often on youtube.

Piece of advice. When doing an event without tickets, always bring 2/3x the amount of stuff you think you’ll need. It’s a hassle yes. But you’ll never fall short. That was a great event Matt, great work.

Not quite. 8 + (4*2) + (9x3) + 1 = 44. It would've been a tie. I'm sure he'll come up with questions until one of you got it wrong. Side note, it was 5 questions for Act II, not 10. In points, it was (10x1) + (5x2) + (10x3) + 1, which is 10+10+30+1 = 51.

The music that plays during Crocodile’s defeat is Symphony no9 in E minor, also known as the New World Symphony by Antonín Dvořák. I always thought it was extremely symbolic since it’s like Luffy taking his first major step toward a new world. I know it’s unlikely but I always hope it will be used again when Luffy finally defeats the main villain.

I got all questions right in my Native Language Swedish, execpt for 6 Chopper, 16 the islands of wholecake and 23 Harjudin, wrote giraf 😢. I orignally had the 24 on chopper = Swedish Jul Afton = Christmas. But I changed it to 25 because thought Oda probably went with the american version ... What differs in swedish is the Naming of characters. Like Shu and the Jury. But I got all other right in English as well or even japanese like the Tobi Ropo. I got 43 Points or 44 if you get 1 point from the Bonus Question.

Tekking, this reminds me when i joined Scouts in lockdown and we were still on Teams, and i did a music quiz. But me being a music nerd not wanting to make it too easy for them overestimated how much these *12 year olds* would know so i think most got a lot of it wrong. Though one kid did get Davidian by Machine Head which made me very happy, and like this it was a learning curve for how to go about it in the future (ive done a few, even made one on the fly one night)

8/10 in Act I for me. Missed Chopper's birthday and the damn wood. Said "christmas day" for his birthday, and "elder wood" for the Sunny, because I didn't remember the actual name. In another note, I did consider "Eve Wood", but I remembered that's the Sunlight Tree Eve. We do not talk about me not remembering the Eve/Adam duo! c: 1/5 in Act II. I only got Question 12 right. I remember the answer for Question 14 was "something Four", but I never remembered what that "something" was... 8/10 in Act III. Said "Gomu Gomu no Gatling" for Question 20, and "I don't fuckin' know. Rat?" for Question 23, because I thought Oda-sensei would pick a tiny animal for a giant. And I got the Red Line question right. I got 38 points. Not bad. c:

Missed da chops birthday question, I'm giving myself the robin question, I said bloom bloom and Hana means bloom as well as flower so I personally feel bloom bloom works 9 points after round 1. Missed 3 on round 2 13 points Missed rust rust guy, blue nami, and weather guy 34 I think. I assume jinbei question was one point. Did better than I thought I would. My sister wanting to watch with me after watching the live action really helped, currently watching G-8. So that helped refresh on quite a few questions I would have missed if not for that. Recently rewatched alabasta, thr castle age is said like 5-6 times before robin reciting the history. When Vivi is talking about blowing up the palace. They all say something along the lines of "she's planning to blow up the palace with 4000 years of history" or something. When you mentioned there was gonna be one birthday question but it was probably the easiest one, I thought for sure it was gonna be Luffy's, children's day may 5th 5/5. There may be easy bias there as thats also my dad's birthday so that makes it easier to remember I dunno

Got 30. Round 1, Chooper's birthday got me. Round 2, I got the first 3 right. Round 3, I got 6 of them, #17 (Goa Kingdom), 19, 21 - I impressed myself with that one, 22 - didn't need the hint and 24. BTW, for the last fight with Crocodile, it's Dvorak's New World Symphony, 4th movement. John Williams borrowed from that for the theme from Jaws. That little tidbit of information was totally worth the money I spent on my music degree.
